Custom Carved Wooden Signs

We've been freehand carving (routing) custom wood signs for over 40 years and have thousands of satisfied customers. Our routed signs have been ordered and used in so many different ways that's it's not possible to list all the ways that they have been used.

The sign pictured above is approximately 12 inches high by 24 inches wide.
Priced at $69.95 + $20.00 S/H.

• FREE lettering when you purchase one of our signs ... if the text will fit on the board we'll carve it. Most sign descriptions show the maximum number of letters that will fit on each sign.

• Each sign is free-hand carved with a router ... one at a time.

• Each sign is carefully finished with 3 coats of Exterior Urathane finish.

• All of our signs are manufactured from carefully selected Western Red Cedar or Redwood.

• Each sign is pre-drilled top and bottom for easy hanging.

• Each signs comes with 4 screw eyes and 2 "S" hooks.

• Our Cedar boards are made by finger-jointing 10 inch to 24 inch pieces of clear cedar strips. The strips are then glued face to face to form a highly stable and homogenous plank. The boards are then laminated with waterproof resorcinol glue. Both sides are sanded with 120 grit paper before a finish is applied.
